Training

AI fluency, end-to-end. From the boardroom to the build team.

Two focused tracks. Designed for the two audiences who matter most — the people deciding to bet on AI, and the people building the agents that justify the bet. No fluff. No vendor pitch. Just the things that actually work in enterprise.

Why training matters now

The gap between AI access and AI capability is the biggest determinant of enterprise outcomes.

Every enterprise has access to the same foundation models. What separates the ones shipping value from the ones running pilots is the calibre of the people deploying it. Our training programs are built around the actual decisions and builds our practitioners make — not the marketing surface of AI.

Two tracks

One for leaders.
One for builders.

Agentic AI

For engineers, ML practitioners, and architects building agents in production.

A hands-on, build-first program covering modern agent architectures, tool design, evaluation harnesses, and the operational disciplines that separate demo-ware from production agents.

Built for
  • πML & data engineers
  • πSoftware architects
  • πPlatform & DevOps teams
  • πSolution architects
Outcomes
  • Build production-grade agents using Claude, GPT, and open-source models
  • Design tool interfaces, retrieval strategies, and memory architectures
  • Ship eval harnesses that catch regressions before users do

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Who is the AI Foundations track for?

AI Foundations is designed for executive leadership, product and strategy teams, functional heads (CHRO, CFO, CIO), and practitioners new to AI. It is vendor-neutral, focuses on what AI can and cannot do, and gives a framework for evaluating AI initiatives and vendors. Available as a 1-day executive workshop, a 3-day deep dive, or a cohort-based program.

Who is the Agentic AI track for?

Agentic AI is designed for ML and data engineers, software architects, platform and DevOps teams, and solution architects. It is hands-on and build-first — participants ship production-grade agents using Claude, GPT, and open-source models, with eval harnesses they take home. Available as a 5-day intensive, a 2-week part-time cohort, or a custom enterprise sprint.

What does each participant take home from PiSquare training?

Each participant takes home: working code repositories with starter kits, eval harnesses adaptable to in-house workloads, tested agent templates for common enterprise patterns, decision frameworks and scorecards for evaluating AI initiatives, three months of follow-on Q&A and code review access with our team, and a cohort network of peers.

Can PiSquare design a custom training program for our team?

Yes. Custom enterprise programs are co-designed around your specific stack, data, business goals, and team mix. Most custom programs combine elements from AI Foundations and Agentic AI tracks, delivered as a focused 2–4 week sprint or a longer cohort program.

What formats are PiSquare training programs available in?

PiSquare training is available in four formats: onsite at your offices, virtual cohort-based with live sessions, hybrid (in-person bookends with virtual deep work in between), and as fully custom enterprise programs.
